SYMPATHY—We express our sincere sympathy to Wendy Czerwonka & family in the passing of  her aunt, Gaye Stafford.  The funeral service was Wednesday at Curry Street Church of Christ.

BE A SUNDAY NIGHTER - We begin at 5:30 PM and then out by 6:30 PM.  Classes for all.  In the main auditorium adults have a Sunday-night-Bible-time.  Come and bring your Bible and enjoy the study time.

A BABY GIRL SHOWER is planned for Darren & Amy Petrus on Sunday, November 7th at 4:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall.  Selections are at Babies R US ( in Springfield or Online) and Walmart.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEAL -There will be no meals for the next 3-4 weeks while Doy & Myra are out of town.

NEXT SUNDAY will be the final fifth Sunday in 2010.  It will be the Special Giving Sunday.  These giving times are important for things that need to be done.  God blesses His people who work, serve and give (Luke 6:38).

PICTORIAL DIRECTORY - We are planning on doing a new pictorial directory.  As of this time, we are scheduled to begin taking pictures on December 11th.  We will keep you posted on the details.

MINISTRY- Each week we will highlight one of our homebound or older members to assist you in contacting them.  We encourage you to send them a note or card.   Darlene Strong, Call Church Office for address..

READ-READ - Be sure and read the back of the prayer list for all the upcoming activities.  **We are in need of hot dogs, buns and potato chips for next Sunday night.  Please leave them in the kitchen.

FOOD PANTRY - Always check the food labels for the expiration date.  The children’s home will not accept outdated food.  Thank you!              Needed items are Canned Meats, Chili, Canned Fruit.
